Refund policy

We want your shopping experience at Sarah Sufi to be exceptional, which is why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be returned via your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellations after the 24-hour window, as each piece is made-to-order.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

Since all items at Sarah Sufi are arranged on a made-to-order basis, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of preference or dissatisfaction with style, color, or design.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit—provided that:

1. The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.

2. You notify our team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

3. The issue is verified by our customer service team.

Requests made after the 48-hour mark will not be considered.

For International Clients (Deliveries within Pakistan)

If your international order is being delivered to a Pakistan address, it is the recipient’s responsibility to check the parcel upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours. Beyond this period, no refund, exchange, or dispute will be accepted.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with our returns policy:

  • Take reasonable care of the goods until they reach us in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Inspect the goods without causing damage, including the original packaging and labels/tags.
  • We do not accept liability for goods that do not reach us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if damage occurs to the goods.
  • Please note that all clothing products sold on our website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting from washing using methods other than dry cleaning, or claims for variation, beading/sequins displacement, or any damage caused by improper care.
